Diet Comment
Wow, that's one awful-looking chart! I obviously failed to control my eating over the weekend, beginning Friday. Restaurant eating, which has happened four out of the last 6 days, is, I feel, mostly responsible. Also, a lot of after-meal snacking, and just plain eating a lot of calories late at night. I'll be phasing all that out (trying to, at least) this week, attempting to recover.

Skipped.
Dinner
10:05pm: Big-ass turkey salad: Roasted turkey breast, walnuts, cheddar cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, balsamic vinaigrette.
Snack
11:45pm: A Quest bar, a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt, and a dark chocolate nut bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 36+ oz.;
