Diet Comment
Another ugly couple of days, and last night's heavy late dinner put the kibosh on a turnaround.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:35pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, whey protein powder, kefir, Greek yogurt, mixed mushroom powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:05pm: Cottage cheese and carrots with homemade mayonnaise. A 
Quest bar and a dark chocolate and nut bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.;
