Diet Comment
Of course, last night I had the wonderful Buffalo shrimp at the Maplewood Grill, where I find myself one or two times every week (great open mics Monday and Tuesday), and my weight is up today. Predictable, if not absolutely inevitable. And, I'm going back tonight, promising not to eat anything there.

11:15pm: Turkey roll-ups (roasted turkey breast, guacamole, greens and low-carb spinach tortillas) with parmesan crisps. A couple of Quest bars, a couple of dark chocolate+nuts bars, and more than a few squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Espressos: 1; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
