Today's Weight:                    200.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/22/23):         198.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Of course, last night I had the wonderful Buffalo shrimp at the Maplewood Grill, where I find myself one or two times every week (great open mics Monday and Tuesday), and my weight is up today. Predictable, if not absolutely inevitable. And, I'm going back tonight, promising not to eat anything there.

Breakfast
2:55pm:
Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds (mushroom protein), Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce, kale, spinach, chia and hemp seeds) with shaved parmesan cheese on riced cauliflower with turmeric, nutritional yeast and seasonings.
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
11:15pm: Turkey roll-ups (roasted turkey breast, guacamole, greens and low-carb spinach tortillas) with parmesan crisps. 
A couple of Quest bars, a couple of dark chocolate+nuts bars, and more than a few squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
