Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    199.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/11/23):         200.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
I managed to lose a pound-and-a-half over the course of the week, but it included two big spikes, and it is not down to last Friday's weight. I have been eating at restaurants three times as usual for the last three-four weeks, and that is responsible, I think, for the weight gain. I don't see gains when I eat my meals at home.

Breakfast
12:05pm: 
Brussel sprouts and eggs with mushrooms, onions and peppers, dusted with Everything But the Bagel seasoning. Not shown: Oatmeal and blueberries (with chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:05 pm, at Western Ranch Motor Inn: Fried haddock, Nantucket style, with asparagus. Later, a dark chocolate nut
 bar and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.;
