Diet Comment
I managed to lose a pound-and-a-half over the course of the week, but it included two big spikes, and it is not down to last Friday's weight. I have been eating at restaurants three times as usual for the last three-four weeks, and that is responsible, I think, for the weight gain. I don't see gains when I eat my meals at home.

8:05 pm, at Western Ranch Motor Inn: Fried haddock, Nantucket style, with asparagus. Later, a dark chocolate nut bar and a Quest bar.
