Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not as big a gain as I expected, given yesterday's shenanigans (lots of tequila, sweets). So good. But I'm going to have to be good this weekend. I want to turn the trend downwards.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers and tomatoes). Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast with cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:05pm: 
Chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken with cheddar cheese, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach and homemade mayonnaise). A One bar, mixed nuts with dark chocolate, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
