Diet Comment
Not as big a gain as I expected, given yesterday's shenanigans (lots of tequila, sweets). So good. But I'm going to have to be good this weekend. I want to turn the trend downwards.

8:05pm: Chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken with cheddar cheese, walnuts, Spring Mix, cabbage, spinach and homemade mayonnaise). A One bar, mixed nuts with dark chocolate, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 24 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
