Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, mixed mushroom powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia). Not shown: scrambled eggs.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:45pm: Celery and carrots with homemade mayonnaise, two
 Quest bars with peanut butter and a dark chocolate and nuts bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.; a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
