Diet Comment
Given yesterday's restaurant food and high-calorie late meal, this result is entirely understandable.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm, at Hope Café: "Breakfast Sangwich" - sausage, egg and provolone cheese on fried ciabatta. At home, a Quest bar and low carb tortilla with cream cheese.

Lunch
7:15pm: Nuts, 84%
 Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt. a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:05pm: Ramen with vegetables and a poached egg (ViteRamen high-protein, low-carb ramen mix, kale, spinach, and a large egg. 
84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt. A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
