Diet Comment
I feel like I got away with something. Over the long weekend, during which I visited New York City and went to a reunion party in New Paltz, I ate like I was trying to gain weight, which, of course, I wasn't, I just didn't limit myself and really thought my weight would be higher today. This is probably the last such trip until the fall, and I expect to be back under two hundred pounds within a couple of weeks, but today I am planning on having something at the Maplewood Grill, so probably losses will start... soon.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm: LETO (Lox (smoked salmon), eggs, tomatoes and onions).
Lunch
5:45pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.
Dinner
9:05pm, at the Maplewood: Buffalo shrimp. Later, at home. brussels sprouts with olive oil and parmesan cheese, and two squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
