Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    202.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/9/23):          200.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Eating at restaurants is the opposite of eating to lose weight, even when the choices seem clean and healthy. If the choices aren't clean and healthy, you don't just gain weight, you gain a lot of weight. Ooof - it's been six months since I was this heavy.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:15pm:
Vegetarian frittata (eggs, cheddar cheese, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, onions, peppers, kale and spinach). Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax Sprouted Grain toast with cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:05pm: Ramen with turkey and greens (ViteRamen high-protein low carb ramen pack, roasted turkey breast, kale, spinach). 
And a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
