Diet Comment
A complete reversal of yesterday's gain, and then some. Clean eating at home wins again.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:55pm: Breakfast tortillas (scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese on high-protein high-fiber spinach tortillas) and oatmeal with blueberries (chia and hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, cinnamon, mushroom blend, stevia).
2:55pm: Breakfast tortillas (scrambled eggs, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese on high-protein high-fiber spinach tortillas) and oatmeal with blueberries (chia and hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, kefir, nutritional yeast, cacao nibs, cinnamon, mushroom blend, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
11:55pm: Celery and carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar, dark chocolate and nuts.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
