I've been eating a bit more food than usual the last couple of days, and here we see the result.

Breakfast
12:50pm: Brussel sprouts with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese, and cream cheese on two slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.

Lunch
A Quest bar and peanut butter. Cottage cheese.
Dinner
10:55pm: Salad with roasted turkey breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and creamy balsamic dressing. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 72+ oz.;
