Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    196.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/19/22):         195.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
Not bad for the weekend, and it's still a good weight and below the trend line. 
Food Log
Breakfast
12:30pm: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers) with sweet potatoes and a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain toast with cream cheese. 

Lunch
5:15pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Dinner
9:35pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. Lentil curry on riced cauliflower with a poached egg. Cottage cheese and cacao nibs.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
