Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    197.3 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/26/22):         195.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
I honestly didn't expect this gain. I had a good weekend, as far as eating on plan. And, while this weight is 'acceptable' - meaning, I am still at a good, healthy weight - I am a little disturbed that it is up when I think it shouldn't be. 
Food Log
Breakfast
3:05pm: Greens and cheese omelet (eggs, cheddar cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers)and a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:35pm: Turkey salad (rotisserie turkey breast, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach and balsamic vinaigrette) and immi shrimp ramen soup with brussel sprouts (immi ramen noodles are high-protein, high-fiber). A Quest bar and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 88+ oz.;
