6:20pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a Quest bar and Greek yogurt with cacao nibs.
Dinner
10:25pm: A salmon-burger with pesto sauce on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread, a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, creamy balsamic dressing) and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 70+ oz.;
