Diet Comment
The direction/trend remains good, although the small loss today has no significance.

Breakfast
1:35pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and a sous-vide egg drop on two slices of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:35pm: Air-fried salmon burger and a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic dressing). A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
