Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    197.3 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/22/22):         196.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
It's still a good weight and below 200 pounds, but it is over the trend line. Boo to that. I did eat rather a lot yesterday. 
Food Log
Breakfast
3:35pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and a small spinach and cheese omelet with cream cheese on a slice of Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:35pm: Salmon salad (salmon, homemade mayonnaise, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach). A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
