Diet Comment
A lot has happened since my last post. I had a bit of outpatient surgery that went a little wrong - and I ended up being admitted for post-operative bleeding. This meant an unplanned-for 36-hour fast. On my next-day discharge, I ate an orgy of take-out, mostly as though I were having a cheat day. Then, finally, yesterday, a somewhat normal day, except for some unavoidable white bread. The result? An overall slight loss, really just noise, and I end up just about where I was at my last weigh-in five days ago.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:20pm: Veggie scramble: (eggs, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers), and oatmeal-plus (oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir).

Skipped.
Dinner (Snacks)
9:35pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, Greek yogurt with cacao nibs, a Quest bar, and mixed nuts.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
