Diet Comment
Good result. No post until next Monday, I'm having an outpatient procedure that will, hopefully, knock out my a-fib, maybe my v-tach. I'll get general anesthesia, so no eating until, at least, late tomorrow evening. I'll pick it back up after the weekend.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm: Oatmeal (oats, chia and hemp seeds, walnuts, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries, kefir and Greek yogurt) and scrambled eggs with cheese.

Skipped.
Dinner
9:45pm, takeout from Taco Bell: Two black bean Crunchwraps. Also, a salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan cheese and homemade mayonnaise) and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
