Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    198.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/15/22):         196.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
Today I gave back the 'undeserved' weight loss from the weekend. I ate a lot yesterday: a lot of calories, a lot of fat, a lot of carbs. So it goes. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:35pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia) and a sous-vide egg drop on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.. 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:35pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise. Cottage cheese. A Quest bar and peanut butter. A square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
