I'm nicely below the trend line again, which is a surprise, because I was 'bad' over the weekend. Still, always take the win.

12:30pm: Smoked sockeye salmon and cream cheese on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread, and two fried eggs.

5:10pm: Hummus with vegan imitation pork rinds (seriously! And they were good - but expensive).

9:35pm: Lentil curry with kale and spinach on riced cauliflower, and a square of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
