I'm up again, and I think it's got to do with yesterday's quantity of food (high), and the amount of sodium in it (a lot).

1:00pm: Reverend's Frittata with smoked salmon: (eggs, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, sweet potatoes, smoked sockeye salmon).

Skipped.
Dinner
9:35pm: Lentil curry with kale and spinach, on edamame and mung bean pasta. A Quest bar and 86% chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 6072+ oz.;
