Diet Comment
I had a cheat day yesterday, and I wasn't particularly on-plan Saturday, either. Thus, this weight loss is unexpected - a welcome surprise.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:30pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon) and a sous-vide egg drop on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.
2:30pm: Oatmeal plus (oats, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon) and a sous-vide egg drop on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain toast.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
10:25pm: Vegetarian sloppy Joe (Quorn Meatless Grounds, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce Goes Vegetarian, kale and spinach) with shaved parmesan cheese, buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains toast, and a Quest bar.
