Diet Comment
I'm up a little, and I think it's because of yesterday's salt intake, which was high from all the mixed nuts (which are salted).

Breakfast
1:00pm: Reverend's Frittata with smoked salmon: (eggs, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, smoked sockeye salmon).

Lunch
6:00pm: Carrots with homemade mayonnaise, mixed nuts, and a Quest bar.
Dinner
11:35pm: Turkey breast salad (turkey breast, cheddar cheese, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach and homemade mayonnaise) and two squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with ca ao nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.;
