Net Loss/Gain:                     - 2.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
An excellent finish to the week. Yesterday's weight seemed like an aberration, and today we have a nice correction. Feels good. 
Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: Reverend's Frittata: (eggs, chicken sausage, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions, peppers, parmesan cheese, sweet potatoes). 

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:55pm: Salmon burger with pesto sauce on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread, and a salad (Spring Mix, spinach, cabbage and creamy balsamic dressing). A Quest bar and peanut butter. Three squares of 86% Peruvian chocolate with cacao nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 50+ oz.;
