I've got nothing to say but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    200.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (6/30/20):         200.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Maintaining. BUT I think today's selections - especially the out-of-control late-night eating, which included a lot of salt and cheese - can only mean one thing tomorrow.
Food Log
Breakfast
7:30pm: Greens, eggs and cheese: Sauteed arugula, chard, kale and spinach with onions, peppers and celery, with eggs and parmesan cheese.

Lunch
9:35pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise and a Quest bar.

Dinner
1:10am: Cottage cheese and a Quest bar; kimchee and pork rinds, walnuts and Dubliner cheese, two squares of sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
