I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    205.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/24/20):         205.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
No loss, no gain over the weekend. I guess that's a good thing, given that I strayed from the plan more than once. Today, unfortunately, after a good but early start, I just found myself eating mindlessly.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm: Bacon and eggs with shaved parmesan cheese, mushrooms, onions and peppers.

Lunch
8:45pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter. And more peanut butter. And more.

Dinner
1:40am: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, steamed Brussels sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and shaved parmesan cheese, and a pint of Keto ice cream (I'll pay for this large quantity late eating, I'm guessing.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 120+ oz.;
