I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    202.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/15/20):         201.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think I just overate yesterday. Nothing off-plan (at least, now that peanut butter is in-plan). Why the gain? Who knows?
Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm:
Chopped salad (London broil, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, carrots, walnuts, Dubliner cheese, balsamic vinaigrette). Not shown: A Quest bar.
Lunch
10:35pm: Scrambled eggs and bacon, steamed Brussels sprouts with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Dinner
1:40am: Sugar-free dark chocolate and peanut butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 90+ oz.;
