Previous Weight (7/10/20):         202.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Giving credit where credit is due: My weight gain could only have been accomplished with an entire jar of organic peanut butter. Yeah, the whole jar.
Food Log
Breakfast
6:15pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with almonds, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, frozen organic berries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti (mushroom powder), cinnamon, turmeric and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:45pm: AS Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 40+ oz.;
