Diet Comment
No loss, no gain over the weekend. I guess that's a good thing, given that I strayed from the plan more than once.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:00pm: 
Spaghetti Florentine (red lentil spaghetti, kale, spinach, butter, mushrooms, onions, peppers, eggs, shaved parmesan. cheese).
Lunch
9:45pm: A Quest bar and peanut butter.

Dinner
1:40am: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, kimchi.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
