I've got nothing to say, but it's okay.

Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                    202.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (7/16/20):         202.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
Oops! I did it again: I overate yesterday. Can I hear a big "So it goes?" Anyway, I am becoming re-addicted to peanut butter, I've been eating huge amounts, that has to change or I have to stop buying it. It may be a trigger food.
Food Log
Breakfast
7:15pm: 
Salmon and greens fritta (wild-caught salmon, kale, spinach, onions, peppers, eggs). Not shown: A Quest bar.
Lunch
11:00pm: Greek yogurt and walnuts.

Dinner
1:15am: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, peanut butter and sugar-free dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
