Daily Comment
After this past long weekend, during which I was totally slack even by my high standards of indolence, I have been burning the candle at both ends - with all the positive effects with which I justify it, and all the negative effects of sleep deprivation. 

Those negative effects include weight gain, poor decision-making and short-term memory loss.

Now, where was I?

2013 Daily Weight
Today's Weight:         207.4 lbs
Previous Weight:        205.8 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.6 lbs

Diet Comment
Yesterday's all-dining-out (almost) eating had the expected result. Today was supposed to be better, but was worse. I'm looking at the weekend to reverse the trend.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.


Lunch
Scrambled eggs with chicken-feta-spinach sausage and a salad of Spring Mix greens, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette. 

Snack
Crackers and cookies (vending machine freebies). Even if I were not watching what I ate, this would be a major fail. In my right mind, I would never eat this, so I can tell I'm out of my mind (see Daily Comment, above).

Dinner
A grilled cheese sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grains bread, with pepperoni and cole slaw. A magic brownie (unexpected, but a gift I couldn't refuse) was my dessert.

Snack
A Buffalo chicken breast sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grains bread, with mayo.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water: 112+ oz.
