I don't think I've ever looked forward to rehearsals more than I do these days.
Just another indication that things are moving in the right direction for me - it is nice when you find a new source of satisfaction and joy - and I am so grateful.

I can't help but think the number, which I am happy with, could have been better without the stop at the party table at Rooter's late last night.

A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).
Lunch
Buffalo chicken breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with guacamole, and Dal Makhtani (red bean curry) on cauliflower.
Dinner
Pepperoni and roasted vegetables.
SnackLunch
Dinner
Buffalo chicken breast, cottage cheese.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 22 oz. Water: 88+ oz.

A man jumped off the Empire State Building today. On the way down, at the 54th floor, he was asked how he was doing, He said" Fine, so far ". The moon was sad, so sad it wept in fear. The World laughed and cried, at the same time, and, separately. The Sun just giggled, as the Galaxies smiled on. They knew, what the whole Universe knew, but not that well. Beyond, it was not noticed.
