Daily Comment
Follow-up on yesterday: People are stepping up to buy the tickets, which we don't yet have in hand. It looks like playing the gig may not cost us much, if anything, and we will have a great, on-our-side audience to play for. Also, it is pretty cool opening for Rusted Root.

Otherwise, it was a day of not-much-happening. So, I bought an acoustic-electric classical guitar and a little amp to play it through.

Learning to play them on guitar might be the only way I get to sing the songs I want to sing - nobody knows them, or shows a lot of interest when I show up at jams. We'll see how that goes.

Diet Comment
I am approaching my lowest weight of the year. A few more good days, and I'll blow right through it, but first a pause while I give in to an impulse and eat a treat I haven't had in four months... Tomorrow will not see a loss.

Food Log 
Breakfast
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).


Lunch
Roasted turkey breast salad on a salad of baby kale, spinach, chard, red kidney beans and cole slaw with Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain bread.

Dinner
Second Nature Wholesome Blend: peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, cranberries and dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water: 80+ oz.
