Daily Comment
Back to playing last night, back to work today, and then back to playing. I had a good rehearsal with my 'acoustic' duet-turned-trio, making its debut on a gig Friday.

I have gotten very comfortable (musically, socially) with these guys, and rehearsing is a lot of fun.

Also, just for me, not any group, maybe never performed out, Sultans of Swing.

Diet Comment
More evidence that calories-in vs. calories-out is not a viable weight-loss formula. Of course, this weighing comes in only six hours since my last (and yesterday's only) meal.

Food Log 
Breakfast
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).


Lunch
Roasted turkey breast on Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain bread with a salad of Spring Mix, cole slaw blend and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Organic chicken burger with guacamole, and a side of broccoli and lentils.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water: 96+ oz.
