A step in the right direction will be undone after my late-night high-calorie, high-carb 'snack' - really, dinner redux.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, chicken-feta-spinach sausage, quinoa-lentil pilaf. Not shown: a salad of baby kale, baby spinach and chard with cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Chili (organic beef, tomatoes, black beans, chili spices) and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast.

Snack
Chili (organic beef, tomatoes, black beans, chili spices) and Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast. Also some Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted-grain cereal with blueberries, almond-coconut milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 120+ oz.

  2. I've been real sick since Wednesday night - complete loss of balance and dexterity followed by a slow gain in these things over the next two days. I am not better yet.
