Daily Comment
A busy day, a good practice session with Chad and Jim. Then, out to catch the last two songs of some friends' gig. Then, home to watch the finales of Homeland and Masters of Sex from the weekend, and the first episode of The Returned. So, I was up late.

It ain't much, but it is what I have.

Diet Comment
Not surprisingly, my two-thousand-plus calories of nuts and sugar, loaded as it might be with anti-oxidants, took a toll, and will take some time to remove.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish: pork and chicken with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and broccoli. This is the same picture, as always.

Dinner
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Snack
Egg salad on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast with cole slaw.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  30 oz.   Water: 120+ oz.
