This was the day of the big Summer-ending Festival that i am Fool sponsored and organized, and for which J. and Tammi did all the work.
I got to Lewis Park (in Minoa, where it was held), after less than four hours' sleep, coffee in hand. Played a set with Chad to open the event, then acted like a host, specifically greeting incoming musicians, and helping visiting bass players get set up (my rig was used by everyone).
The day went smoothly, except for a little light rain mid-afternoon, then pouring rain that began in the middle of i am Fool's set, which, thankfully, was earlier than planned to accommodate another band who couldn't start at their scheduled time.
Oh, and the eating was pretty hit or miss - all protein bars, except for lunch and a post-event "breakfast" at Denny's.
Got home, passed out.
