Yesterday's bad end-of-day deal left me tired and more tired. And, not hungry. Given that I was eating birthday cake at 3am, I decided to extend the cheat a little, which ended badly - a lot of food eaten late, including a gross amount of cheese. This does not bode well for tomorrow.
