Gig tonight was pretty good - the performance was excellent at times, so-so at other times. Overall, though, the consensus in the band was that it went well.
I was just tired. That's the thing about Friday gigs for me - they follow work days, and playing until 2am makes for a long day. During the gig, I made some 'tired' mistakes. I don't think they were serious (except maybe for the bass solo I played when I missed an 'end' cue (sweat in my eyes) and kept playing after everybody else had stopped.
It got applause.

Lunch
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).
Snack (Post-gig "breakfast")
Egg salad sandwich on coconut Paleo bread, cole slaw, pepperoni, and two big slices of birthday cake.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 30 oz. Water: 124+ oz. 2 shots of Jameson's.
