Took a mental health day off from work today.
I look to do this every once in a while - I usually decide based on how and when I wake up the day of.

Protein bar. Later, more sliced buffalo chicken breast.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 34 oz. Water: 90+ oz.

OK so I am going tonight to the first night of the Sharon Chorus about which I am fairly panicked because it would mean a commitment and it runs late (for me).
ReplyDeleteBut I remember loving singing in choruses so I am going to try it if I don't chicken out.
