Daily Comment

Took a mental health day off from work today.

I look to do this every once in a while - I usually decide based on how and when I wake up the day of.

I've got nothing, but I'm glad for the movement.

Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).


Snack
Protein bar.

Dinner
Sliced buffalo chicken breast on coconut Paleo bread and a side of Spring Mix greens, baby spinach, kale, and cole slaw mix with red kidney beans and balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Protein bar. Later, more sliced buffalo chicken breast.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  34 oz.   Water: 90+ oz.

  1. OK so I am going tonight to the first night of the Sharon Chorus about which I am fairly panicked because it would mean a commitment and it runs late (for me).
    But I remember loving singing in choruses so I am going to try it if I don't chicken out.
    No audition in this chorus.
