BreakfastA cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).
Lunch
Roasted turkey breast on coconut Paleo bread with cole slaw, and a Spring Mix, baby spinach, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette salad.
Dinner
Snack
Protein bar.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 34 oz. Water: 96+ oz.
