Daily Comment

I have nothing to say about the day. I woke up very late, and took naps all day. All plans to do some much-needed household chores and shopping were spent avoiding any kind of labor on Labor Day.

Diet Comment
After staying up until 3:30am this morning, there really wasn't much to my day. I barely got out of bed to eat dinner. Then did some computer-type chores. Of course, yesterday's evening excess, almost totally off-plan, didn't give me much desire to eat.

Dinner
A protein bar. Then, one of my cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shakes (Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (30g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).

Late-night Snack
Another protein bar.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water: 48+ oz.

  1. Well I have been lost in eating for a while now. I am going to try to just not eat bread and sugar and see if I can reign my self in. or is it rein myself in. Anyway, the battle goes on. Love you
