Daily Comment

This was one of those 'too-tired' low-energy days. Bad sleep hygiene, again. Too bad, because it was a glorious day, warm, not hot, deep blue sky, white/gray puff clouds, I found myself day-dreaming a lot. 

Then I fell asleep watching TV after an early dinner, and was late for rehearsal.

Well, that's nice. I got to include dessert at dinner and still lose a little weight.
