Daily Comment
After a hard day's work, rehearsal. 

Today, I was stupid at rehearsal - too much time away from the songs. After some rough starts, I was smart - music memory intact.

Whew!

Good to know some things don't change.

Diet Comment
Another nice loss. I'm almost back in range. Nice. I have a lot of dinging out coming up - all day Wednesday, and Friday night, and I'm hoping that doesn't put thte kibosh on my week.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Roasted turkey breast and black beans on Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette. 

Snack
Protein bar.

Dinner
Dal Mahkani (lentil curry) on broccoli.


Snack
Hard-boiled eggs on buttered coconut Paleo bread toast.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 128+ oz.
