This is a work and travel day. I left work a little early and drove to Massachusetts for a birthday visit with Joan.

2013 Daily Weight
Today's Weight:         211.8 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     209.4 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 2.4 lbs

Diet Comment
That's what I get for not reading the label. #2 ingredient in the can of wasabi peas I ate before dinner yesterday? Sugar. That, and some 'healthy' carbs (sprouted whole grains and blueberries) in quantity, and you have weight gain.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Roasted turkey breast with red beans on Spring Mix and red cabbage with balsamic vinaigrette

Snack
A protein bar, followed by a bag of nuts, seeds and raisins from a Thruway shop.

Dinner
On the road: A "Napa Special" from a Thruway rest area: Turkey, bacon, cheddar cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomato and aioli on ciabatta bread.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  50 oz.   Water: 144+ oz.
