Daily Comment
It's hot in the 'Cuse, which means it's hot everywhere in the Northeast. That's the way that works in the Summer here. 

But we're not here to talk about the weather. We're here remembering where I was the first hot day of the year:

Nice loss after a full day's eating, and even a little cheat.

Lunch
Dal Tadka with scrambled eggs and spinach. Not shown: A slice of coconut Paleo bread

Snack

Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, coconut-almond milk and stevia-inulin. Not shown: Protein bar. Later, a can of wasabi peas (big mistake).

Dinner
Buffalo chicken breast and guacamole with a salad of Spring mix, red beans, red cabbage and balsamic vinaigrette.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz.   Water: 108+ oz.
