Considering how much of yesterday's food was off-plan, I am just real, real happy with this result, and today's meals are just perfect.

BreakfastCocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Roasted turkey, red bean and egg salad on Spring Mix greens with red cabbage. |
Snack
Coffee: 22 oz. Water: 156+ oz.
