Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Roasted turkey and black bean salad on Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
Pepperoni and red cabbage slaw.


Snack
A protein bar.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water: 128+ oz.
