Daily Comment

I made a payment against my chronic sleep-deficit today. 

After work, ran an errand, got home, a little hungry, had something quick, and, before 7pm, I was asleep in my recliner with the TV blaring. Next stop was around 11pm, and all I did was go to bed.

Most nights, I push myself to stay awake: Reading, on the computer, even, sometimes, TV. Four or five hours later it is time to wake up. By the afternoon, I'm bonking, but catch a second wind once I get home, make and eat dinner, then, typically go out. Come back in, a bit to energized to go right to sleep, but get involved in something, then, push myself to stay awake...

That's the cycle I broke last night. I may make this a Friday night tradition.

Yesterday's Weight:     207.6 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.6 lbs

Diet Comment
Three shots of Jameson's. Late-night/early morning snack-meal. My weight gain is no surprise.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish, pork and chicken with bean sprouts, cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, snow pea pods and broccoli.

Dinner
Hard-boiled eggs and guacamole and a cocoa-kale shake without an egg.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  30 oz.   Water:  54+ oz.
