First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         205.4 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     207.6 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 2.2 lbs

Diet Comment
We'll see how today's truncated version of High-Carb High-Calorie affects results tomorrow.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped, thanks to counting a 3:30AM dining experience as yesterday's post-gig snack.

Lunch
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk, hemp seeds and stevia-inulin.

Snack
Brown rice pasta, peas, spaghetti sauce with sausage.

Dinner
Hard-boiled eggs and cole slaw. I had taken a long nap, and just didn't feel like cooking, or going out. After, a bowl of Ezekiel Golden Flax cereal with vanilla almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water:  64+ oz.
